When can I come back for another session?
Anytime you want to or feel called. You don’t have to wait a set amount of time. Some clients come every week or few weeks, monthly or just once. This is your journey, and you’re free to follow your own rhythm.
I don’t believe in tying anyone into contracts. Healing should feel empowering, not restrictive. You’re free to book when it feels aligned for you.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring an open heart and mind.
How do I know if this work is right for me?
If you’re feeling called to release old patterns, connect more deeply with yourself, or step into your personal power, this work will meet you exactly as you are.
