I weave together Tantra-inspired healing, somatic mind-body work, and energy medicine to support clients in reclaiming connection, clarity, and confidence in their bodies. The approach blends the grounded understanding of a healthcare professional with the intuitive skill of a seasoned energy practitioner.

These sessions provide a safe, confidential space to explore pleasure as a pathway to healing and transformation. Through intuitive discussions, guided practices, breathwork, energy work, and Tantric-inspired bodywork; you’ll reconnect deeply with your body and release energetic blocks.

Reiki Energy Healing Sessions with Violet Flame

These sessions use hands on energy-based healing to promote deep relaxation and stress relief by channeling Reiki energy into the body’s energy centers. Using the high-frequency Violet Flame, this session helps transmute negative energy, clearing blockages, and supports overall well-being.
