Nervous About Booking a Tantric Session? You’re Not Alone.

Coming Up Roses Suite

If you’ve been thinking about booking a session with me but haven’t quite worked up the courage, I want you to know you are not alone.

Almost every client I meet for the first time tells me some version of the same thing:

“I was really nervous before I came.”

Some people are nervous because they don’t know exactly what to expect. Others wonder what I’ll be like in person, whether they’ll feel comfortable, or whether they’ll be judged for what they’re looking for.

And for some, simply reaching out and talking openly about intimacy, sexuality, their body, relationships, or something they’ve been struggling with can feel like a pretty big step.

I understand that.

You don’t have to walk through the door feeling completely comfortable.

In fact, you probably won’t.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say. You don’t need to have everything figured out. And you certainly don’t need to be an expert in Tantra, intimacy, embodiment, or anything else.

Just come as you are.

One of the first things we do is sit down and talk.

Not a clinical interrogation. Not an uncomfortable interview.

Just a real, down-to-earth conversation.

We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to get from the experience, and anything you’d like me to know. We’ll talk about boundaries, expectations, and what will help you feel comfortable.

That conversation is an important part of the session. It gives you a chance to settle in, get a feel for me, ask questions, and simply breathe.

And something interesting usually happens.

The nervousness starts to fade.

“I spent a long time thinking about it.”

I’ve heard from several clients that it took them quite a while to work up the courage to book.

They researched. They thought about it. They visited my website more than once. They wondered whether they should actually do it.

One client even told me that he went through my website several times looking for faults because it sounded too good to be true.

Eventually, he decided to take the chance.

And when he arrived, he discovered that this really was what he had been looking for—and what he needed.

I actually appreciate hearing stories like this because they remind me that making the first move can be the hardest part.

You may be curious. You may be nervous. You may even feel a little awkward.

That’s okay.

You don’t have to pretend otherwise.

This work can involve very personal subjects, and being vulnerable with someone you’ve never met before can feel intimidating. I don’t expect you to walk into my office completely relaxed and ready to open up.

Trust takes a little time.

That’s why I don’t believe in rushing the beginning of a session. Your first few minutes matter.

I want you to have the opportunity to meet me as a person, get comfortable in the space, and decide for yourself whether you feel at ease.

One client described his first experience as feeling comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely listened to from the moment he arrived. Another said I have a way of making people feel comfortable.

That’s exactly what I want for you.

You are allowed to ask questions.

If you’re wondering what happens during a session, ask.

If you’re unsure whether this work is right for you, ask.

If you have a boundary or concern, tell me.

If something feels unfamiliar, you don’t have to pretend you understand it.

My FAQ explains many of the practical details—from how to schedule and what to expect, to preparing for your session and what happens when you arrive. I also personally review the pre-booking questionnaire before scheduling a first session because creating a safe, respectful, and intentional space matters to both of us.

There is no pressure to be someone you’re not.

You don’t need to impress me.

You don’t need to have a particular goal.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for.

Maybe you’re curious.

Maybe you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body.

Maybe you’re carrying stress or pressure.

Maybe you want to explore intimacy in a different way.

Maybe there’s something you’ve wanted to talk about for a long time but haven’t known who you could talk to.

Or maybe you simply know that something needs to change, and you’re ready to explore what that might look like.

Wherever you’re starting from, that’s okay.

I also intentionally keep the booking process simple.

I know that taking the first step can already feel vulnerable. I don’t want the booking process itself to create additional anxiety.

After you’ve completed the pre-booking questionnaire and we’ve established that we’re a good fit, you can schedule your session without having to pre-pay online.

Payment is due at the time of your session. Cash is welcome as well.

It’s a small thing, but I think it matters.

I want you to feel comfortable with your decision—not pressured into it.

And once you arrive?

Take a breath.

You made it.

You don’t have to figure everything out in the first five minutes.

We’ll sit down. We’ll talk. I’ll answer your questions. We’ll get comfortable.

And then, when you’re ready, we’ll take the next step together.

One of my clients said that Theresa’s presence was welcoming, inviting, enlightening, and relaxing for both the mind and body. Another described the space as somewhere you can feel at ease and at peace right away.

Those words mean a lot to me because creating that feeling of safety and ease is intentional.

Maybe you’ve been thinking about booking for a while.

Maybe you’ve read through my website several times.

Maybe you’ve looked at the FAQ.

Maybe you’ve read the testimonials.

Maybe you’ve started the booking process and then stopped.

Maybe you’re sitting here right now thinking, “I don’t know if I can actually do this.”

You don’t have to force yourself.

But if you’re genuinely curious, you can take the first step without having the whole journey figured out.

Complete the pre-booking questionnaire. I’ll review it personally and be in touch with the next steps.

And when you eventually walk through the door, remember:

You’re not expected to arrive without nerves.

You’re simply expected to arrive.

I’ll take it from there.

You may be surprised by how quickly “I’m nervous” becomes “I’m really glad I came.”

Ready to Take the First Step?

If you’ve been curious about working with me, I invite you to explore the men’s services, women’s services or couple’s services read through the FAQ, and take a look at the experiences shared by previous clients.

When you’re ready, you can complete the Pre-Booking Questionnaire and we’ll go from there.

No pressure. No need to have all the answers.

Just one small step toward something you’ve been thinking about.
