No two sessions are ever the same, because Reiki flows exactly where it’s needed most.
Reiki works by gently balancing and increasing your life force energy. Rather than focusing only on the physical body, it nourishes the whole person—emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical—allowing your system to naturally realign and restore itself. This holistic approach can help clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, and support your personal transformation.
The Violet Flame
I also work with the Violet Flame energy, a powerful spiritual frequency that enhances Reiki’s effects. The Violet Flame is known for transmuting heavy emotions, karmic imprints, and stagnant energy. When woven into a Reiki session, it deepens relaxation, clears away energetic debris, and supports emotional balance, spiritual renewal, and a greater sense of peace and clarity.
Hand Placement
During your session, I typically follow a gentle sequence of hand placements, each lasting several minutes, while also trusting my intuition to guide me to areas that may need extra care. You’re welcome to share any specific concerns beforehand, and the Reiki energy will prioritize what serves you best.
Practical Details
- You’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a Reiki table.
- Wear something you can fully relax in (loose pants or leggings are ideal).
- Confidentiality is always honored.
- Reiki is a complementary practice and not a replacement for medical care.
