Highlights of My Spiritual Journey
Hello, my name is Theresa and I am excited to share a bit of my spiritual journey with you!
I am here to embody the Divine Feminine Goddess energy, guiding humanity to live authentically and reconnect with the ancient ways of self-healing.
I am assisting with ushering in an evolution of human consciousness through energy healing and empowerment consulting. I support women and men in meaningfully transforming how they relate to their body, mind and spirit. I do this by combining my background in healthcare, energy work, certifications in life purpose and spiritual coaching, accessing Akashic Records, kundalini tantra certification, being a channel, tantric priestess and dedicated yogini practitioner of kundalini yoga and meditation.
My spiritual path began in my early childhood, as far back as I can remember. Before I was a year old, I had a near death experience. I bit a television electrical wire when crawling around and was electrocuted to death. My mother said I had stopped breathing and there was no heartbeat. She was fortunately able to resuscitate me, but I do have a permanent scar on the right side of my lips. I understand it is not unusual for healers to have had near-death experiences, and I clearly had a mission to complete since my spirit returned to my body.
When I was alone as a child, I would often pray or speak with my spirit guides. I would also sing or speak light language to console myself, as I had a difficult childhood growing up with my grandparents who had eight children of their own, a father who had drug and alcohol addiction issues, and a mother who was not often present in my life. I was not really sure where the unusual language came from, but I always knew I felt better singing or speaking it. Years later, I would discover light language was the language of a Starseed.
Since I can remember, I craved more meaning than what I could perceive with my eyes physically. I wanted to know who I was and what I was doing on earth at this particular time. I remember asking one of my elementary school teachers why we couldn’t speak with our minds, as I found it quite perplexing. She had no idea what I was talking about, so I figured it was not a good question to ask. I remember staring at my small childlike hands wondering why I had to be stuck in a body, it felt so limiting.
As a teenager, my friends and I would frequent a metaphysical shop, in which my soul thirsted for the esoteric knowledge in the books. I loved the crystals and the divination tools as well. I was immediately hooked. Some of my first reading interest in elementary school was National Geographic (anything Egypt related) and the holy Bible. When I was in the 9th grade, I went to a Christian church with one of my teachers and a woman approached me who said she was sent by the holy spirit to pray over me since a difficult path was ahead. She spoke in tongues and said the prayer would go straight to God. Today, I believe "tongues" to be light language.
I married, had a baby and divorced all by my early 20s. I remarried in my mid-20s to a man I would have my second child with and it would last about 17 years until my awakening began and I had to honor my life’s spiritual path.
In 2017 at 41 years old, my children had grown-up and things started to shift for me. I was doing yoga again, which I was introduced to in my early 20’s but had stopped for a while. I began watching Wisdom Teachings with David Wilcock on Gaia TV and I was intrigued that there were others out there who were into metaphysics and esoteric teachings like me. I felt less alone. I decided to try meditating, but I was afraid at first because I didn’t know what to expect. Gradually, I meditated for longer periods as I felt comfortable letting go. When I first started, white light would rock through my body so strongly, as I was laying on the floor, that my whole-body shook. It was a powerfully exhilarating experience. I later learned that energy channels needed to be opened or widened to receive more energy through my vessel. This would later be helpful as an energy healer. I also started to see vivid colors during meditation, and I had an activation of the violet flame. Old energy is transmuted by the violet flame in order to transform into a higher potential. When I do Reiki energy healing sessions, it is the violet flame which comes through for my clients.
My body started to automatically wake up at 3:33 AM to meditate. I would go into yogic kriyas, breath of fire and altered transcendental states. I have only recently understood what this was as I became certified in kundalini tantra. I saw my inner teacher rise in front of me in a lotus position and he was beautiful! I had several other memorable transcendental experiences.
One night I had a vivid dream that I was in a boat with my ex-husband, and we were being taken out to the middle of the ocean. My guides helped me out of the boat, and I turned to him and said he could not go where I was going, but to please take care of the children. They were 16 and 22 at the time. The guides took him in the opposite direction back to where we came from. I proceeded to walk on the surface of the ocean and sit under the moonlight. I felt at one and at peace with everything. I knew I was on to my next journey. This was one of the most vivid and beautiful dreams I have ever had. After this, I would soon realize my marriage was over and a new part of my life had begun. I would leave the children with my ex-husband, because he kept the house and I moved out.
During a meditation, a bright light came on in my head, similar to a lightbulb, but blindingly bright. It came with an absolutely loving feeling, but there was one piece of me that was slightly concerned that perhaps the lightbulb would not go out and how would I ever go to sleep? I recently learned this is part of the kundalini awakening.
In the summer of 2023, I went on an ayahuasca retreat and came back to my youngest son building me a website to start my healing practice. He told me it was time and he was right. I was then guided to have an Akashic Records reading with a woman who is now one of my dear friends. When I stepped into her office suite, I had this overwhelming feeling that I needed to be there and she said to ask the universe and it would provide a space for my healing practice. Which I immediately did upon leaving her office. A few days later she reached out and offered me her office and said it was meant to be and she would be moving. It is now my office for Coming up Roses!
This same friend invited me to a channeling group practice in which I brought through light language. In response to my channeling, the group facilitator brought through the Ancient Ones, a collective consciousness, who said that I would be assisting with bringing back the ancient ways and embodying divine feminine Goddess energy to help heal humanity. I have spent a lifetime (and many other lifetimes) in pursuit of truth and personal growth. My journey has been enriched by over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with certifications in CHRM and CPS. I currently serve as a Health and Human Services Director of Internal Audit to ensure government accountability and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery and social services.
