This session is for men who want to slow down, listen better, become more attentive, and better understand the dynamic of trust, guidance, and conscious submission.
Many men move through intimacy focused on doing, performing, fixing, or leading. This experience shifts the focus toward paying attention, following direction, tolerating vulnerability, and learning how to stay present without rushing to control the moment.
The work is direct and experiential.
You will be guided through structured exercises centered around listening, following instruction, attentiveness, sensory awareness, communication, and honest self-expression. You will be asked to slow down, notice more, and respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically.
This experience may include:
• Guided sensory exercises to build focus, patience, and attention to detail
• Consensual power dynamics centered around listening, responsiveness, and trust
• Structured prompts that challenge you to communicate clearly and honestly about what you are feeling, noticing, resisting, wanting, or avoiding
• Exercises in receiving guidance without defensiveness, overexplaining, or performance
• Learning how attention, patience, and presence change connection and intimacy
• Practice articulating thoughts and emotions in a grounded, direct way
For some men, this work feels calming. For others, challenging, revealing, humbling, or unexpectedly empowering.
The intention is not performance. The intention is growth.
You will be encouraged to listen closely, respond thoughtfully, communicate honestly, and practice a different way of relating—one rooted in presence, attention, accountability, and trust.
This session is ideal for men who are curious about:
• Submission and guided dynamics in a grounded, consent-based setting
• Becoming more emotionally articulate and self-aware
• Learning to slow down and pay attention
• Improving communication and relational skills
• Exploring attentiveness, trust, and conscious vulnerability
